There service are excellent and after I have returned the staff I have rented I got my car broken down in front of his shop he helped me and spent his time trying to get me and my family a hotel Thank you for all the time you have spent with us

To the manager You need to tell your staff clearly what the procedure is when hiring chains to go to the other side at Khancoban. I paid $25 for a 2 hr hire and $15 that was clearly said to me was a deposit, on arrival in Khancoban the $15 was kept with no intention of being refunded. That is an extra fee $15 Extremely disappointed I dont like being lied to. A mix up in conversation I dont think so as I clearly asked if I get the $15 back .. And guess what the answer was YES you do.
5 stars, the team members deserve it. The gentleman who helped us was very patient. We came with two families, and lots of kids. Nothing was too much, we got all we needed, properly fitted, and had a great day. Thumbs up.
