I bought some Christmas gifts from this store online. At first I needed to ask a couple of questions. I phoned the store and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful and answered everything I was unsure about. I then ordered the items online and they arrived within a few days - I'm located in Sydney so this was really exceptional. Very happy with the service from this store. Really happy - the gear was really high quality, and the service was great. Other rental places throw a pair of boots and skis at you and try and get you out the door. Here they take their time and make sure everything is spot on. Definitely recommended.
