Rented skis and boots for the whole family. Our daughter has extremely sensitive feet. The staff were very patient and accommodating with her and kept trying different boots on her until we had a comfortable fit. Great variety and quality of skis. Definitely coming back and have recommended them to all my friends!
Looking to rent more than $1000 of snow gear, the new management turned us away without offering further assistance because renting is between 2 and 4pm only. From previous experiences, found that Alpine Sports had top-notch gear, excellent customer relations and loans gear throughout the day unfortunately, they appear to have had a decline. Will not revisit. 2/5
Went in with my brother looking for a replacement toe binder strap for his board. The staff were completely helpful and sacrificed a spare from another board and would just order a new one. If I have any more problems, definitely coming here again!
Fantastic service. I needed to exchange some gloves from here for a different colour, and they were so helpful and went to a lot of effort to find the right gloves from somewhere else and send them (quickly) to Sydney for me. Will definitely shop here again!
Really easy to book hire gear online which came with a 20%discount, this made the price really good value as the gear here is great. Bit disappointed with the fitting when we arrived. I hired a board for a beginner and the staff member fitting the board initially selected a board that was much too long. He was friendly and accommodating when I asked for something shorter. So if you know what you are after then I'd recommend this place otherwise the attention to detail just wasn't good enough for a beginner who would have been sent away with a board that was unsuitable.
