Spent four nights here with a triathlon group. My expectations were not too high as we hadnt paid a great deal. The room itself was a good size with plenty of beds. The bathrooms had recently been renovated it seems which was very welcomed. What struck all of us was the staff and service. As a big group, with bikes, dietary foibles, expectations to run events throughout the motel at various points of the day I cannot fault the staff. From the first welcome at check-in, to the flexibility, quality and amount of food laid on, to the seemingly no end to help from inane requests from our group The only thing I would ask for, knowing aircon would be a huge investment, would be a some fans in the room. When it's hot, it's very hot!Thanks for the service ASM team, no doubt we will see you next year!
Location is handy and had a big car park at the back. I saw a coach parking there too. Rooms are convenient, can fit 6 people in a room. Bathrooms are wide and clean. Service is good. The manager is friendly and is willing to give information on the areas in Jindabyne. That is very helpful.
Only stayed one night (not peak season) but it was very easy to find and quite comfy. Has a big parking lot with street parking if the lot is full, big eating area and lounge with TV upstairs. Beds were comfy (though one was very squeaky) and bathroom seemed pretty new and very nice.
Very affordable. Close to town centre. No lake view. Free breakfast (bacon, eggs, hash browns, toast, cereal). Large space, but aged furnishings. Good for large groups and families on a budget. The games area was quite nice to sit and relax after a day on the slopes. There's a bar and pizza place on the ground floor, which is pretty convenient after a long day and you don't want to trek for a good meal.
