From my first contact with Jane I felt welcome and safe. It is always a bit nerve raking attending a new yoga studio but I was very pleased with shala. I especially enjoyed the Wednesday restorative class with Ali. It was so relaxing and affirming. It was a joy to have jimmy in the class. Jane has done a great job with this studio and even has some hot yoga classes. I was on holidays for 2 weeks and Jane has a price for a weekly attendance.perfect for the holiday maker. Regards sue
While visiting Jindabyne on holidays, I decided to try one of Jane's classes. Jane was everything you'd want in a yoga instructor - professional, experienced, friendly and accommodating to her students' abilities. Jane even provided me with a yoga mat, since I did not have my own with me! In addition, the studio is spacious, clean and has a stunning view of the lake, which makes the experience even better. I'll definitely be back!
Jindabyne Yoga Shala is wonderful! Such a great space, with wonderful teachers Jane and Ali (and now Amanda and Hayley), looking over the beautiful lake at either sunrise or sunset. The Shala has helped me improve my yoga practice so much in the last year. I am not what you would call a 'natural' yoga student, the poses do not always come easy to me and I have to work hard. But with good guidance I have felt each session become easier, enjoying myself during the practice and feeling really good in myself after each session. This is mainly thanks to Jane; who is a great teacher, helping to motivate us all and never judging if we cannot get into specific poses.
Thank you Jane, Amanda and Holly for your wonderful class at 3.00pm today. The room was full of lovely people, but even more so, full of wonderful energy emanating from those lovely people. The Jindabyne Yoga Shala is a top class yoga studio, and I commend the space to anyone visiting the Snowy Mountains to take advantage of the classes and the terrific teachers. Namaste Garry.
