Had a blown Radiator in March. Bought one from them but sadly I couldn't change the radiator by myself because it didn't fit 100%. Went to their garage and they modified it and installed the radiator for free.
Broke down in Jindabyne and had the good fortune to be towed here. I was extremely worried because both my classic BMW and my wallet have suffered in the past from unscrupulous mechanics. As a woman with a BMW- this is a legitimate fear.I cannot recommend the service here highly enough. A true gentleman who along with his partner kept me informed of the process, promptly ordered the required parts, (Fuel pump) fixed my car so it runs like clockwork, explained everything in detail and charged a fair price, all with a smile. Excellent customer service. Andrew and his team fixed my timing belt in my Subaru Impreza, which was cheaper than any other quote I'd had previous. When i asked abour getting the work done, Andrew's response was 'nothing is ever a problem. They even did a basic service on it while it was in. The car ran better than ever. Will be using their shop from now on. I'd rate them 6/5 if I could.
