Low quality coffee, service and also its staff!!!We were in a group of eight people stopped in this coffee shop in the morning of the long weekend to get a caffeine hit and then head to the mountains. We ordered a few coffees there. We even had a couple of reusable cups with us. Those guys in the Serge's apparently were forced to get up and open the shop. They were in a kind of idle mode so that they were mixing all orders and names and also cups... When they were asked which is which, they became nervous and started to hit the jug and milk bottle and so on... This attitude was really shocking as we had never seen such behaviour before.Not only we had a terrible experience dealing with these guys, but the quality of the coffee itself was even worse. So, I reckon you better off dining or having coffee somewhere else...
Offensive and terrible service.We had a terrible experience in Serges. We asked them for a small skim milk cappuccino and after very long time they served full cream large latte. When asked him we didnt order this, he aggressively hit the desk and yelled at us and ponted at full cream milk as a skim milk and said I put small cappuccino in large cup. So disappointed!!
Great burger and tasty coffee, BLT was good too! Sensible prices also! Recommended!
Great coffee, service was slow due to low staff on shift at the time
Disappointed. I ordered a takeaway beef burger with no sauce. Waited 30minutes for my burger. And I got a burger with more sauce on it than I have ever seen before. It was added in between every single layer of burger so I had to throw it out.At least I have chips. However the chips tasted like they had been cooked multiple times. So basically I paid $15 to wait to eat a few recooked chips and throw out food I didn't order.However, All my friends said they make a good burger so I guess if you want the burger how they want to give it to you and you are prepared to wait then it might be good.
